Fresh and modern for family.
Positive: The modern decorations and amenities in the house.
It's looks fresh and clean.
The check in process is seamless and the host was responsive and fast in attending to my queries.
The bathroom and bedroom is of a good size.
Bed is comfy too!
Easy to travel to Riverside Market.
Negative: The surrounding area is still near to some developments and this causes some traffic esp during busy periods.
Nevertheless, it's not an issues to US cos we are in Christchurch for only 1 night and we wanna be close to the town.
