Spacious Central Townhouse – Perfect for All

Fresh and modern for family. Positive: The modern decorations and amenities in the house. It's looks fresh and clean. The check in process is seamless and the host was responsive and fast in attending to my queries. The bathroom and bedroom is of a good size. Bed is comfy too! Easy to travel to Riverside Market. Negative: The surrounding area is still near to some developments and this causes some traffic esp during busy periods. Nevertheless, it's not an issues to US cos we are in Christchurch for only 1 night and we wanna be close to the town.

Good value for money! Positive: Close to centre! Neat and clean with modern amenities. Negative: Both toilets upstairs was a little inconvenient for children and parents

Group of 6 of us stayed in 3 bed/2bath townhouse outer cbd/richmond area, for 11 nites, for a mixed 65th birthday celebration & Cup week. Washing machine cool. Dishwasher sweet. A/C upstairs & downstairs for hot days. Big TV and Wifi, so can easily use Netflix, & Sky from Phone app. Bridies bar, cnr Worcester & Stanmore awesome for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.Have good drink specials too, less then a 5 min walk away. Only just over $20 bucks uber to Addington Raceway. Richmond Club not far away if NZ clubs member. Also great meals. Raffles,(managed to score a win on the whitebait). Have a van for pick up and drop off, Thurs/Sat evenings. All 3 rooms big in size with heaps of closet space. Had an amazing time. And a awesome place to stay. Paul 👍

Overall a great place to stay Positive: Very clean. Great location. Ease of access and parking. Direct contact with host Kate when needed and immediate follow up. Negative: Could do with a small kitchen table and say 4 chairs. Also depending on body corporate rules but if possible a BBQ out the back would also be a bonus.
