Spacious Central Townhouse – Perfect for All

Great stay, excellent location and very safe and comfortable apartment. Positive: Location was great, and main reason for place of choice initially, as it was a short 3min drive to the place we needed to attend for 2/3 days. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need, similar to your home. Beds very comfortable and warm with clean linen. Bathrooms very clean and upstairs, so away from the business of the downstairs living area, amenities provided was a bonus. Washer/ Dryer combo was very handy. Accessibility to the apartment very easy and the secure parking was great! Negative: Nothing to fault.

Positive: The place was clean, warm, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s also very close to the city, which made getting around convenient. Overall, a lovely stay and we would happily recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay and would definitely love to stay here again if we’re back in Christchurch. Positive: Good location was a short drive to the city and the place was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities that you need.

Exceptional well located, modern and clean 2 storey townhouse with secure parking. Positive: Exceptional 2 storey townhouse, very modern, clean and spacious. It had secure parking. Well located. Negative: Our only issue was that my mother who has mobility issues stayed in the downstairs bedroom but the bathroom was located upstairs which wasn't clear to us.
