Perfect pad to experience Christchurch Positive: Beautiful property, great location, luxury feel, accommodating to reasonable requests, comfortable bed and couch, fully functional kitchen. Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Perfect Positive: Lovely new terrace house with lovely, comfortable interiors. Great beds, great bathrooms. It was quiet, warm despite it being winter and the location was so good. It was an easy and gorgeous walk to central Christchurch across and along the river. Perfect bus route to the airport too. Lovely helpful host. Negative: This place was amazing, but at a pinch - I’d say the blind over the front door was a little annoying. It should have been mounted in the door itself. But this is a tiny thing. We both loved staying here.

Very convenient n efficient staff. Positive: Close to southern eye clinic and chch eye surgery. Walkable to CBD. Negative: Two storey n quite difficult when patient immobile n has poor vision. Also car park not close to apartment door.
