Great for two couples for a short stay. Very affordable price Positive: Great accomodation for a couple of nights. Nothing fancy but everything you need! Negative: It did have a smell of alcohol as soon as I walked in. Also had to ask for extra towels when we arrived but they sorted that out straight away for us

What a great find so close to the centre of the city, but not to close that we could still relax for 5 days. Perfect walking distance down the road to the new stadium when it opens. Modern, quiet and very clean accommodation. Kitchen with all the things you would need plus more. Very large bedrooms with good sized ensuite and main bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. Above average fittings to what you usually find. Aircon/heat pump , both up stairs and down. Awesome fully fenced courtyard out the back with a deck and the off street parking in the garage was a bonus. We had a Toyota rav 4 in there no problem. Our host Kate was excellent. Nothing was a problem. Communication was brilliant. Easy check in and check out. Thankyou, and we will be back.

Positive: Our stay was excellent thanks to the comfortable and well-maintained property. The private community and dedicated parking added to the convenience and sense of security. The highlight was definitely the lovely garden, especially the cherry blossom tree in full bloom. It created such a serene and picturesque atmosphere.
