Modern Christchurch Town home Positive: Located close to CBD and only metres to Avon River. Two lovely bedrooms both with Queen sized beds. Two luxurious bathrooms. Full size kitchen with enough accessories to cook meals. Dining table and lounge area. LG smart TV. Double glazed windows and doors kept home warm and quiet. Free parking on-site. Washing machine, clothesline and airer. Small outdoor deck with furniture to enjoy the morning sun. Everything needed for a long stay. Negative: Nothing in particular.
