Full size kitchen with enough accessories to cook meals. Dining table and lounge area. LG smart TV. Double glazed windows and doors kept home warm and quiet. Free parking on-site. Washing machine, clothesline and airer. Small outdoor deck with furniture to enjoy the morning sun. Everything needed for a long stay. Negative: Nothing in particular.

Shiney, new, comfy Positive: Beautiful apartment/townhouse. Both bathrooms upstairs. New and Shiney, very comfy. Stayed 4 nights. Negative: 14 steps from downstairs to 2nd level bathrooms. Otherwise great place.

Beautiful modern accommodation in a convenient location. Positive: A really beautiful modern accommodation just a short distance from the heart of Christchurch. The property was spotless and stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, The rooms were bright and airy and the bed was super comfortable. There was a slight mix up on our end as to which property we were staying in when we arrived, but we were able to contact Kate, the host, immediately and she was very helpful and got us quickly sorted. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to stayng again in the future. Negative: Couldnt fault it for anything.

Positive: Great location and fit out Negative: There was very litttle air circulation. It was very stuffy and it wasn't even hot. Ceiling fans would help with this issue.
